We offer two types (hot or hard wax and also strip wax) using world renowned brand Lycon. Hair will grow back softer and less dense over time. Typically, a re visit would be expected in 4-5 weeks for maintenance or as you feel is appropriate for your expectations and comfort.
Hot wax and strip wax offer distinct benefits. Hot wax, also known as hard wax, is ideal for sensitive areas like the bikini line, underarms, and face, as it adheres to the hair rather than the skin, minimising irritation.
Strip wax, or soft wax, is generally more cost-effective and efficient for larger areas like legs and arms, where skin sensitivity is typically lower.

To ensure fairness to our clients and our therapists working off a strict schedule the following cancellation policy applies.
A reminder email is sent two days before your appointment and a further sms is sent at 8am the morning before your appointment.
These are in place to assist you in making any alterations before our cancellation policy comes in to effect.
All no shows, alterations, rescheduling to another day or cancelling your appointment that occurs within 24 hours of your booked appointment time will result in the full service fee being charged.
This policy is in place to accommodate the preparation required for your appointment and to respect the time we have set aside for you.
