A Dermalogica facial is a personalized skin treatment designed to address individual skin concerns and deliver noticeable results. These facials utilize a professional skin analysis through consultation and discussing your skin goals with you. Your trained therapist will select a facial based on your discussion and her touch. The treatment then incorporates a tailored combination of double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (only if required) massage, and masque techniques, often including advanced technologies like ultrasound, microcurrent, ice globes, and gua sha stone techniques where appropriate.

To ensure fairness to our clients and our therapists working off a strict schedule the following cancellation policy applies.
A reminder email is sent two days before your appointment and a further sms is sent at 8am the morning before your appointment.
These are in place to assist you in making any alterations before our cancellation policy comes in to effect.
All no shows, alterations, rescheduling to another day or cancelling your appointment that occurs within 24 hours of your booked appointment time will result in the full service fee being charged.
This policy is in place to accommodate the preparation required for your appointment and to respect the time we have set aside for you.
